1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
4. Supervise, train, and develop store staff to enhance their performance.
5. Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
6. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
