Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Cultivate a store environment that delivers exceptional and authentic customer service.
- Develop and disseminate product knowledge, ensuring the team is informed about current collections both in-store and online.
- Achieve and surpass sales goals through strategic clienteling and relationship building.
- Support a collaborative environment with peers, customers, and supervisors.
- Stay informed on market competition, industry trends, and customer shopping behaviors.
- Evaluate team performance, providing consistent coaching to prioritize service and sales.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen in forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
- Actively recruit and retain top talent to build a strong team.
- Manage daily operational tasks in accordance with Coach standards, including payroll and staffing.
- Ensure compliance with all retail policies and procedures.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with retail systems (e.g., workforce management, inventory systems).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and warehouse, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
1 to 3 years of prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; university degree preferred.
