Coach Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
4. Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development.
5. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
6. Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation is consistent with brand guidelines.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
