Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation is consistent with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
