1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained.
3. Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
4. Manage inventory and visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
5. Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
7. Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to boost store visibility.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
5. Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office Suite.
