1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance and meet sales goals through effective team leadership.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
4. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
5. Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment.
7. Oversee store financials, including budgeting and expense management.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
