1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished timely.
5. Assist in hiring, training, and developing store staff.
6. Implement and uphold operational policies and procedures.
7. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
