1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability by ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
3. Support recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure loss prevention policies are adhered to.
