Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Lead the store alongside the Store Manager to maximize productivity and profitability through team building and staff development.
- Set the tone on the sales floor and provide feedback to the store team to exceed Coach Service standards.
- Take ownership and accountability for the store, supporting the Store Manager.
- Demonstrate leadership by role modeling Coach Service behaviors and selling standards.
- Empower team members to solve customer problems and meet customer needs.
- Inspire the team to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Act as an advocate for the team, motivating others to achieve results.
- Communicate effectively with the store manager, peers, supervisors, and corporate partners.
- Assist in developing plans to address key business issues and utilize plans to achieve desired results.
- Influence others to gain support to achieve goals and complete projects.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Experience in a retail service environment in a management position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Courage to provide direct and actionable feedback.
- Creativity in generating new and unique ideas.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.

Proven experience in a management role within a retail service environment is required.
