1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales goals.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
4. Assist in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment.
7. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness.

1. Proven experience in retail management or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

3. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
