Coach Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales goals.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
4. Assist in staff training and development to enhance team performance.
5. Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
6. Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
