1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
5. Assist in managing inventory levels and stock replenishment.
6. Participate in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
7. Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales.
