1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and operational excellence.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the brand's image.
5. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
6. Manage inventory control and loss prevention strategies.
