1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Support in achieving sales targets and store profitability through effective management and motivation of the sales team.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
5. Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance and customer service.
6. Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to optimize sales opportunities.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

2. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role is required, with a preference for experience in luxury fashion.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
