1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Support in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
3. Supervise and motivate retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
5. Implement store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive environment.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

3. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
