1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and communication.
3. Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
4. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.
5. Train, develop, and motivate the store team to achieve performance goals.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans.
