1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance by providing exceptional customer service and motivating the sales team.
3. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand's image.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment is timely and accurate.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
7. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
