1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and customer service.
3. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and customer expectations.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance.
5. Train, develop, and motivate sales associates to achieve performance goals.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is appropriately displayed.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in retail software and inventory management systems.
