1. Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and management.
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and customer service.
3. Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.
4. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
5. Supervise and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
7. Implement company policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans.
