1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store targets.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
4. Assist in managing store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
5. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
6. Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
