- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving store sales goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Supervise and mentor sales associates to enhance their performance.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support inventory management and loss prevention initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service expertise.
At least 2 years of experience in a retail management position is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
