1. Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
2. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
3. Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to Coach's standards.
4. Act as a brand ambassador to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
5. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
6. Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
7. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent in partnership with the Store Manager.
8. Maintain store aesthetics and safety in collaboration with corporate office.

1. 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
4. Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

$18.50 to $31.50 per hour, complying with applicable pay laws.
