- Manage retail operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Oversee inventory systems and sales reporting.

- Maintain the sales floor and stock room, including physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Lift and carry products and cartons as needed for product shipment and transfers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with retail systems such as labor management and inventory systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills.
Experience in retail management and operations is required.
