1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail outlet.
2. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.
4. Supervise, train, and develop store staff to enhance performance.
5. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
6. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
