1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets its sales goals.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
4. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
