1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability by achieving store sales targets.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
4. Assist in managing store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance.
6. Oversee inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
