1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
2. Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and operational excellence.
4. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for stock replenishment.
5. Support the Store Manager in executing marketing and promotional activities.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
7. Train and develop staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
