1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail outlet.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
5. Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
