- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor and drive store performance, ensuring alignment with company priorities and values.
- Foster a client-focused environment through strategic clienteling and relationship-building initiatives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging in market and mall activities to enhance brand loyalty.
- Address customer issues promptly and effectively, partnering with the Store Manager and District Manager as necessary.
- Evaluate team performance, providing consistent feedback and creating development plans.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, leveraging technology to enhance service and operations.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll, staffing, scheduling, and merchandising.
- Maintain store aesthetics and safety in partnership with corporate office.
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Strong business acumen and strategic agility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
- Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
