1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability by ensuring outstanding customer service and visual merchandising.
3. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Manage inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment.
