1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail outlet.
2. Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
4. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
5. Manage inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained.
6. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
