1. Take ownership and accountability for the store, supporting the Store Manager.
2. Exhibit leadership by embodying Coach Service behaviors and selling standards.
3. Empower team members to resolve customer issues and fulfill customer needs.

5. Advocate for the team, motivating others to achieve results.
6. Communicate effectively with the store manager, peers, supervisors, and corporate partners.
7. Assist in developing plans to address key business issues and utilize these plans to achieve desired results.

9. Demonstrate effective time management skills.

1. Experience in a retail service environment in a managerial position.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
4. Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
