1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.
2. Drive sales and business goals by leading and motivating the sales team.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
4. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
5. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management position is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
