Coach Assistant Store Manager

1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
6. Train, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve personal and store goals.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
