1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail outlet.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
4. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
5. Handle inventory management and stock replenishment.
6. Support in recruitment, training, and development of store personnel.
