- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving store targets.
- Train, mentor, and develop sales associates.
- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.
- Maintain store security and loss prevention measures.
- Proven experience in retail management.
