1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
4. Drive sales and profitability by achieving store targets.
5. Train, mentor, and develop sales associates.
6. Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.
7. Maintain store security and loss prevention measures.

Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
