1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
4. Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
5. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
6. Implement and oversee security measures to protect company assets.
7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

1. Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar managerial role.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
