1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail outlet.
2. Ensure the store meets its sales goals and maintains high standards of customer service.
3. Supervise and train retail staff to enhance their performance and professional growth.
4. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
5. Implement marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Familiarity with retail management software and inventory systems.
