1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail outlet.
2. Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets through effective leadership and motivation of the sales team.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, enhancing the customer experience.
4. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and replenishment.
5. Support in staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines.
7. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
