1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store performance goals.
2. Mentor and develop team members to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
3. Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to Coach's standards.
4. Act as a brand ambassador to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
5. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
6. Collaborate with the Store Manager to protect and drive business needs.
7. Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
8. Recruit and onboard top talent, maintaining a talent bench.
9. Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll, staffing, and merchandising.

1. 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1. Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
2. Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage and develop effective teams.
5. Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments.

1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
