1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Support the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
4. Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
5. Train, mentor, and develop store staff.
6. Implement visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
