1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
4. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store goals.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
