1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
4. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store goals.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
6. Coordinate visual merchandising efforts to align with brand guidelines.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

3. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
