1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Support in staff training and development to enhance team performance.
5. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
6. Implement company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

4. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
