1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals across all categories.
2. Mentor and develop team members to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
3. Maintain operational efficiencies and ensure adherence to Coach's standards and procedures.
4. Act as a brand ambassador to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
5. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with Store and District Managers as necessary.
6. Recruit, onboard, and develop a talent bench in partnership with the Store Manager.
7. Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll, staffing, and loss prevention.
8. Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous development.
9. Ensure the store's aesthetic and safety requirements are met in collaboration with the corporate office.

1. 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1. Strong business acumen and strategic agility.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
4. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
