1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient and profitable store performance.
2. Drive sales and profitability by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
3. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff to ensure a high-performing team.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to enhance the customer experience and reflect the brand's image.
5. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize sales and minimize loss.
6. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

1. Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
