1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Support the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
4. Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines.
5. Supervise and train store staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
7. Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.

1. Previous experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a team.
3. Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.

3. Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising.
4. Effective communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
