1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Supervise sales associates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Contribute to achieving store sales targets and profitability goals.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
5. Support in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
7. Implement company policies and procedures effectively.

2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
5. Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
