1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
4. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
5. Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
6. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.
7. Implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.

1. Proven experience as a retail assistant manager or similar position.
2. Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
