Coach Assistant Store Manager

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives and drive growth across all product categories.
- Mentor and develop store employees to enhance productivity and performance.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering customer loyalty and engaging with the local community through events and initiatives.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to protect and advance business needs, ensuring daily tasks are completed to Coach standards.
- Evaluate team performance, providing feedback and creating action plans for continuous development.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain top talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Manage daily operations, including payroll, human resources, and loss prevention, adhering to retail policies and procedures.
- Utilize Coach's tools and technology to support service and operational excellence.
- Maintain the aesthetic and safety standards of the store in partnership with the corporate office.
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
