1. Deliver sales results through employee development and mentorship.
2. Develop sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
3. Manage productivity and hold the management team accountable for results.
4. Implement and monitor clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
5. Resolve customer issues in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
6. Develop team to build long-term customer relationships.
7. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
8. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
9. Manage daily operational tasks including selling, service expectations, and loss prevention.
10. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store.

1. 1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

1. Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
2. Experience using retail systems (e.g., labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting).
3. Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively.
4. Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
