1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient and profitable execution of store sales plans.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
3. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
6. Manage inventory levels and loss prevention strategies.

Minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or high-end brand.
