1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet sales goals and maintain high standards.
4. Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
5. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
6. Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.
7. Handle customer complaints and queries effectively.

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Ability to manage and motivate a team.

1. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
4. Problem-solving aptitude.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role is required.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
